Welcome to the 2024 Texas Defense Research Workshop: Quantum Science and Engineering
Defense Research Advancement at The University of Texas at Austin is hosting its second annual defense research workshop in Washington, DC on August 14-15, 2024. This two-day workshop brings together UT researchers, industry partners, and Department of Defense (DOD) stakeholders to address challenges and research gaps in quantum science and engineering to facilitate opportunities for future collaboration.
This event is an introduction to a year-long discussion culminating in our 2025 spring symposium, moderated by UT researchers and focused on four quantum research topics: Sensing, Computing, Properties and Materials, and Devices.
